Author Instruction
Abstract
Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting prior to the HERTSPO2015.
Abstracts must be submitted in English using exclusively the on-line system of this web page (go to online registration). For abstracts sending via e-mail, please specify the topic where it will be presented and indicate whether the abstract is for oral or poster presentation.
An e-mail address is compulsory in order to receive information about your submission.
Abstract must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after deadline will not be considered.
Authors will be notified by e-mail no later than September 5, 2015 whether their abstracts have been accepted or rejected.

Guidelines for oral presentation
The conference will provide computers and projectors for oral presentations. All presentations should be prepared using PowerPoint 2003 and 2007 and in a PC compatible format. Plenary presentation will last 20 to 30 minutes. Normally presentation will last 10 to 15 minutes for your presentation.

Guidelines for poster presentation
Posters should be printed in A0 standard paper size (1.2 m (H) x 0.84 m (W)).
Poster presentation place and time will be announced at the program of conference. You should arrive at least 30 minutes before the presentation time to set up your posters. Posters must be removed immediately at the end of the section, so that the boards may be prepared for the next day.

Full paper guidelines
Conference proceeding will be published, so all participants (keynote speakers, oral and poster presentation) will prepare a full paper according to the full paper guidelines (download here). Full research paper should be submitted in Microsoft Word 2003-2007 (*.doc) format.
